Harold J. Cabrita, of Bedford, Nova Scotia, has 14 years experience at the board level and senior positions in the resource industry. From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Cabrita served in various capacities, including Purchasing Advisor for Milchem Oil Libya Company, Advisor to former Saudi Arabian Ambassador, and Business Development & Trade Director for Macron Petroleum Limited. He founded and operates Maverick Energy & Resources Ltd., a consulting company for international negotiations and trading programs; and President and Chief Operating Officer of Summachem, Inc., a private company focusing on environmental fuel technologies. Mr. Cabrita is the founding director of Coxheath Resources Ltd, a private junior exploration company, and currently serves as President & CEO. Mr. Cabrita graduated in 1986 from Cape Breton University in Business Technology. Mr. Cabrita also serves on the board of the Mining Association of Nova Scotia.

 
Dr. Zhenquan Gao, Ph.D.
Position: Vice-President Exploration
Dr. Zhenquan Gao, is vice general manager of Beijing Donia Resources Co. Ltd. He has a Ph.D in geology and is of professorship status in the area of advanced engineering, having been published in more then 30 journals and composing some 30 geological reports. Dr. Gao has 27 years experience in field mineral exploration throughout various countries including Laos, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Angola and Canada, among others. Dr. Gao combines this with nearly a decade of experience in the management of mineral exploration companies.

Position: Vice-President Corporate
Ms. Hua Gao has over 9 years experience in the Media Arts Industry as both a journalist and producer. Ms. Gao also has over 8 years of experience working in the areas of administration and corporate finance both in the Mining and Manufacturing sectors. She has worked for China Mining of Canada Corporation and Sino Minerals Corporation (formerly known as China Nonferrous Metals Exploration Corp.) in the capacity of financial controller and deputy manager. Ms. Gao has been actively involved with several mining projects, joint ventures and mergers.

Cameron McIntosh, Chief Financial Officer, of Calgary, Alberta, has been a Chartered Accountant for nearly 30 years. He is the principal of C.A. McIntosh and Associates, a tax consulting and financial planningpractice which he started approximately 15 years ago.

Frederick J. Bonner, B.Sc., M.A.Sc., M.U.R.P, P.Geo., Vice-President Operations, of Halifax, Nova Scotia, has over 23 years experience in the fields of geology, mineral resource development and environmental planning in the areas of geological mapping, mineral exploration, environmental protection, government regulation, strategic planning, facilitation and public engagement. Mr. Bonner received a Bachelor of Science (Honours Geology) in 1985 from St. Mary's University, Halifax, and Masters Degrees in Applied Science and Urban and Rural Planning in 1997 from Dalhousie University, Halifax.

 
Lyndon Jensen, P.Geo,
Position: Consulting Geologist
Mr. Jensen has been an exploration geologist for the past 35 years. He has explored for a wide variety of commodities in numerous geological environments with both major and junior exploration companies. Mr. Jensen started his own geological consulting company, Bluenose Gold Exploration Ltd., in 1990, where he has served many clients in connection with base and precious metals, as well as coal bed methane, exploration initiatives. Mr. Jensen has been involved with the Coxheath property since 1995 , in connection with Burnt Point Resources and joint venture partner Mispec Resources and again with Coxheath Resources Ltd. from 2005-2008. Mr Jensen has also taught many basic and advanced prospecting courses for the Nova Scotia Department of Natural resources throughout 1990's.
