Chariman of the Board
Dr. Zhang is the Cheif Geologist of Beijing Donia Resources Co. Ltd. He holds a Ph.D in Geological Science and finished Post Doctoral research in Metallurgical Engineering and Geological Engineering. He had previously held senior geologist and business development roles with large multinationals such as Vale, Anglo American, and INCO.

Harold J. Cabrita, of Bedford, Nova Scotia, formerly served as President & CEO of Silvore Fox from June of 2008 through to September of 2012. He has 19 years of board level and senior management experience in the resource industry. From 1993 to 2008, Mr. Cabrita served in various capacities, including Purchasing Advisor for Milchem Oil Libya Company, Advisor to the former Saudi Arabian Ambassador, and Business Development & Trade Director for Macron Petroleum Limited. He founded and operates Maverick Energy & Resources Ltd., a consulting company for international negotiations and commodity trading programs; and is President and Chief Operating Officer of Summachem, Inc., a private company focusing on environmental fuel technologies. Mr. Cabrita is the founding director of Coxheath Resources Ltd. Mr. Cabrita graduated in 1986 from Cape Breton University in Business Technology. From 2008 to 2011 he served on the board of the Mining Association of Nova Scotia.

Mr. Smith is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canaco Resource Inc. (TSXV:CAN) and a Director and Co-Founder of True North Gems (TSXV:TGX). Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in exploring, developing and operating North American base and precious metal mining and gem projects. While working with Aurizon Mines Ltd., between 1985 and 1998, Mr. Smith rose from a supervisory role to becoming the Vice-President of exploration. He was awarded the '1994 Mining Entrepreneur of the Year Award' from the Quebec Prospector's Association for his work overseeing the exploration and development of the Beaufor Gold Project and also received in 2009 a 'Distinguished Alumni' Award from the University of Waterloo, Faculty of Science. Mr. Smith has considerable expertise derived from his experience in exploration, acquisitions, joint ventures and mine development. Mr. Smith holds a BSc and is a professional geologist as well as a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Mr. Nianqing Zeng has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur with businesses operating in Canada, the United States and China. Currently he serves as director and CEO of China Mining of Canada Corp., director of both the China Metallurgical Corp. and Sino Minerals Corp., and is executive director of the China Mining Association of Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Science from Chengdu University of Science and Technology. Mr. Zeng has been involved in the mining industry for many years serving as a mining investment consultant in China and Canada. He has been a featured speaker at many mining conferences, including the annual convention of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
